Reservations - Cancellations

Preferably, you should contact the reception 1 day in advance, in order to book your chosen treatment at your chosen time. You need to be at the spa room 10 minutes before the time of your appointment. In case of late appearance, we will have to reduce your treatment time, without reducing the treatment price.

To cancel or change your appointment, please contact the spa reception at least 2 hours in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge you of the treatment price.

Hygiene - Safety

We provide you of a bathrobe, towels and slippers.

We bear no responsibility for any loss or casualty of your personal items. Thus we recommend you not to bear valuable objects with you.

It is inhibited to smoke in the spa room.

It is inhibited to use your cellular phone in the Spa room.

Children under the age of 14 aren’t allowed to use spa service.

For hygiene reasons, you should use the shower before using the hydro massage, hammam or sauna.

All hotel guests can enjoy for free a daily Spa service (Sauna or Hammam or Hydromassage).
