Reservation Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation that takes place at least 10 days before the arranged arrival date, the are no cancellation fees.

The deposit already paid will be used for a new reservation for the next 6 months.

For any cancellation that takes place between 9 and 5 days prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total stay value. Any remaining balance will be used as a deposit for a new reservation for the next 6 months.

For any cancellation that takes place 4 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total stay value.

In case of non-show, there will be a full booking cancellation fee.

Non refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or changed. Full prepayment at the time of booking.

Child Policy

Children under 5 years old when the resident in the same room without the bed placement is not charged.

Baby Cot placement in the room is not charged.

If Extra Bed placement in double room increase 20% (triple room price).
